- The Chilli Jam Company at Emsworth - all products handmade using fresh local produce with no artificial additives
- The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight - a wide range of pickles and relishes made from the garlic grown on their own farm
- The Alresford Chocolate Company - chocolates handcrafted in Hampshire with the finest Belgian couverture, Hampshire cream and other ingredients. They do not contain any artificial flavours or colours
- Hampshire Honey - from a small family business at Clanfield
- Hammer Trout Farm & Smokery at Liphook - a wide range of products made from the trout from their own lakes and smoked by themselves including hot and cold smoked trout, trout pates and much more. They even smoke Hampshire bacon
